Your wedding website is an editable Canva website template.

After purchase, you will receive a link to open the design in Canva. You can change the names, wording, photos, colours, wedding details and RSVP information yourself using a free Canva account.

Once you are happy with it, you publish the website and share the link with your guests. No coding. No complicated website setup. No needing to become a tech person overnight.

The templates are designed for normal people, not designers, developers or people who casually know what “DNS settings” are.

You will receive clear, step-by-step instructions showing you how to edit your template, update your details and publish your website. If you can click, type and upload a photo, you can do this.

There are no extra fees to edit your template.

For the wedding website, you can publish it using Canva’s free website option. This gives you a Canva website link that you can share with your guests.

If you want your own custom website address, such as www.yourweddingname.com, you may need to buy a domain separately. A domain is just your own private website address. It is completely optional.

After purchase, you will receive a link by email to access your editable stationery template.

You can change the wording, names, dates and details directly inside our online editing software. You do not need to buy extra software, install a special app or learn a complicated design programme.

Once your design is ready, you can download your files and send them to print.

No, we do not offer printing at this stage.

Once your files are ready, you can either print them yourself at home if you have a good-quality printer, or send them to your preferred local printer.

Printing at home can be a lovely way to save even more money, especially for smaller items like details cards, menus, signs or favour tags. You can also choose your own paper and print only what you need, which helps reduce waste.

If you prefer professional printing, places like PostNet, Minuteman Press or a trusted local print shop are usually good options in South Africa.

You will receive simple printing instructions with your purchase, so you know which files to use and what to ask your printer for.

You will have access to your editable stationery template for 1 year from the date of purchase.

During that time, you can go back into your template, make changes and download your files again when needed.

Yes. Some templates, like seating charts and place cards, can be time-consuming to personalise because they include individual guest names and table details.

If you love the design but would rather not add all the names yourself, you can select the customisation add-on from the dropdown menu on the product page before checkout. Once your order has been received, I will contact you to request the guest names and table details needed to complete the template for you.

Please note that this add-on service is for adding guest names and table information only. It does not include changes to the overall design, layout, wording, colours, fonts, artwork or template structure.
